O Adorable Heart of Jesus, the most tender, the most loving, the most generous of all hearts, filled with gratitude at the sight of Thy benefits, I come to consecrate myself unreservedly To Thee forever.
I promise by every means in my power to spread devotion to Thee, and as far as possible to gain all hearts to Thee. Receive mine today, O Jesus, or rather take it Thyself, change it, purify it, make it humble, meek, patient, faithful and generous like Thine, inflaming it with the fire of your love.
Hide it in Thy Divine Heart with all hearts that love Thee, and are consecrated to Thee, and never suffer me to withdraw it. Rather let me die than sadden Thy adorable Heart. O Heart of Jesus, always to love Thee, always to honour and serve Thee, always to be Thine, this is the desire of my heart in life, in death, and in eternity. Amen.
