O God of Charity, without limit, and of Mercy without measure, I offer You the Five Wounds of our Blessed Lord for the grace to spend the remainder of my life in true and sincere repentance, to deplore my sins with the sorrow they deserve, and that I may repair before my death the loss of all grace which I have incurred through my malice and misfortune.
O Merciful God, receive my desire, accept my offering, hear my prayer. I belong to You and offer to You all I have through the most Pure Heart of Mary in union with Your Most Blessed Heart and sufferings, for the grace of a holy death. Amen.
