Jesus said to his disciples, “There is no one who has given up house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or lands for my sake and for the sake of the Gospel who will not receive a hundred times more”. (Mark 10:29-30)
Thought
There are many who love Jesus so much that they give their life to teach His Gospel, administer the sacraments, look after children, care for the poor … the list goes on and on. Am one of them!
Reflection
Lord Jesus, fill my life with simple acts of happiness and love towards your people.
Prayer: Joy (St Mother Teresa)
I smile, and the world smiles with me.
I laugh, and the world laughs too.
I praise you, dear God, and the world breaks out in song.
For you are the source of my joy,
the wellspring of my love,
the key to my compassion.
Be with me today, tomorrow, and forever,
so that I may bring your joy to all I meet.
